Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we offer easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Exchanges are accepted for size or product issues.
- To start an exchange, contact us at surmedani.store@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
- Custom or altered orders are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds are processed as store credit unless otherwise agreed.
